Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via the Narwal India portal or email within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and reason for return.

  Quality Assessment

  Our technical team will conduct a remote diagnostic or request photos/videos to verify the device condition and eligibility for a return or replacement.

  Secure Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a secure courier pickup from your registered address; please ensure the robot and base station are packed in their original boxes.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a physical inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
